All users of this site agree that access and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable laws. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

The entire content included in this site, including but not limited to text, graphics or code is copyrighted as a collective work under the United States and other copyright laws, and is the property of US Karaoke. The collective work includes works that are licensed to US Karaoke. Copyright US Karaoke ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with US Karaoke or purchasing US Karaoke products. You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download or print portions of the material from the different areas of the site solely for your own non-commercial use, or to place an order with US Karaoke or to purchase US Karaoke products. Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited, unless authorized by US Karaoke. You further agree not to change or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from the site.

This site, the materials, and products on this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, US Karaoke disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. US Karaoke does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. US Karaoke does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
LIMITATION OF LIABLILITY
US Karaoke shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability of use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if US Karaoke has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event that a US Karaoke product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, US Karaoke reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. US Karaoke reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, US Karaoke shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
TERM; TERMINATION
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by US Karaoke without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
NOTICE
US Karaoke may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to US Karaoke.
COLOR ON THE INTERNET
While US Karaoke has tried to accurately display the colors of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate. If you have questions about specific colors, please contact us at MagicSing@uskaraoke.com and we will get back to you right away with information to help you select the colors that are right for you.
PRODUCT USAGE
The products available from US Karaoke are intended for external use only unless otherwise specified and the sale of these products by US Karaoke is not an endorsement of their effectiveness or health benefits. Please read carefully any inserts that accompany your products and use the product in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
SHIPPING
We offer free shipping within the United States on orders over $99.00.
All orders will be processed immediately during business hours. You will receive two emails from us. The first email will confirm that your order was received. When your order ships, you will receive a second email with shipping information with a link to track your package.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed on holiday schedule will be processed for fulfillment the following business day.
REPAIR
We have several different models of microphones and parts available in our service center, but we do not necessarily carry all parts. If we do not carry the parts for your MagicSing entertainment system, the system will be mailed to Korea for service repairs and will not return to you for another 30 days. To get your product repaired, click here and follow the instructions accordingly. Include your original sales receipt and send a $15 money order to cover shipping costs. The $15 will be counted towards for full price of repair if you decide to repair your products. Otherwise, it is not refundable. If you do not send all of the above items as specified you will be charged or your services will be delayed.
MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
The microphones are covered for 1 year by warranty if you purchased it from our store, and valid only when presenting original sales receipt.
There are few exceptions that are not covered by the warranty:
1. Tampering with the microphone (opening the microphone and trying to repair yourself or by a non-authorized Enter-tech repair center).
2. Battery leakages or explosion of batteries.
3. Water damage.
4. Physical or cosmetic damage includes and not limited to dropping the microphone, throwing the microphone or severing any of the wires because of misuse.
RETURN POLICY
Under certain circumstances, returns or exchanges may be made by contacting customer service. If for any reason you decide to return or exchange your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us regarding your return or exchange. Please contact us at 866-827-6632 or MagicSing@uskaraoke.com before returning your product. We are open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm PST.
In the event that the product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements, we will photograph the merchandise and packaging and prepare a detailed summary of our determination to deny the return. The merchandise will then be returned to you.
NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS MAY BE SUBJECT TO A 15% RE-STOCKING FEE.
All goods must be received in their original package, and must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery. We DO NOT accept returns on products that are used or tampered with, and the merchandise will be returned to you. If for any reason we feel that a product has been tampered with, a refund will not be issued. Refunds at all times and without limitation are at the discretion of US Karaoke.
Please call us at 866-827-6632 if you have questions about which products are returnable, which products may be subject to a restocking fee or for an explanation of circumstances under which a restocking fee may be charged.
When a product has been authorized for a return, the customer will be reimbursed for the product and taxes. US Karaoke does not credit back on shipping. Special order item sales are final and cannot be returned for credit. Service parts are not returnable. Labor, installation services and any shipping charges are non-refundable.
Upon receipt of a returned product in its original condition and following inspection, a credit will be issued (to your credit card) with the exception of all shipping charges or duties. Please allow up to 30 days for processing of returns. When a refund is issued we will e-mail you with a confirmation. We suggest that the packaging that you received you order in be used for return of products and a shipping company that can track packages be used.
We STRONGLY recommend that you FULLY insure the package you are returning. THIS IS FOR YOUR PROTECTION, in the event the package is lost or damaged in transit. We suggest that you use a "traceable carrier" that can provide you with "proof of delivery." US Karaoke shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by you, the customer, and is non-refundable. At our discretion US Karaoke may reimburse shipping charges related to the EXCHANGE of DEFECTIVE products. If you have any questions about shipping reimbursement for DEFECTIVE EXCHANGES please ask the service representative issuing your return authorization for clarification.
PRICING & TAXES
All prices are in US Dollars. US Karaoke is required to collect tax on all goods shipped within California.
SHIPPING
US Karaoke gives its customers various delivery options. We make every effort to ensure that products are delivered within the specified time frame, however we are not held responsible for late deliveries.
We make every attempt to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
US Karaoke is not responsible for any custom duties, brokerage fees, taxes, and/or tariffs that may be applied with to your shipment.
USE OF SITE
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a US Karaoke or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.
PARTICIPATION DISCLAIMER
US Karaoke does not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users accessing the site, and are not in any manner responsible for the content of these communications and materials. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute user-generated content on the site, US Karaoke is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any contents or activities on the site. However, US Karaoke reserves the right to block or remove communications or materials that it determines to be (a) abusive, defamatory, or obscene, (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, (c) in violation of a copyright, trademark or; other intellectual property right of another or (d) offensive or otherwise unacceptable to US Karaoke in its sole discretion.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless US Karaoke, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS
In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, US Karaoke may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with US Karaoke, US Karaoke has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of US Karaoke. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, US Karaoke seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).
