Mail
it in with the microphone, RCA cables, power adaptor, a $15 money
order (or check) and the original sales receipt. |

If the item is not under warranty or not purchased in the US, the repair service will be $45~$65. |

By sending your microphone for repair, you agree to pay $15 whether the unit is repaired or not. If the unit is repared, $15 will be counted towards for full price of repair. If the unit is not repaired or non-repairable, $15 will not be refundable. |

RCA cables, power adaptors are consumable parts and are not covered under warranty. Other restrictions apply. |

Please note battery damage is non-repairable and not covered under warranty. |

You will be informed before repairs are done, if any service is not covered under warranty. |
